She sighed as her wolven body approached the silent water. She smiled, her clothes still lay still sitting by the water. Her golden eyes looking from the water to the trees. She smiled, for now, she sensed no one. Would it change? She was completely unsure. She glanced about, before standing on her hind legs and shifting back into her blond, peltless body. She slipped back into her Snow White dress. She smiled and sighed placing her bare feet into the freezing water. Her body laid back, and she relaxed closing her eyes, trying to catch the sound of any being who would be near. She smiled allowing her other senses to take over as her eyes remained shut. She lifted her knees, pulling her feet from the water, and placed them in the air. Her feet on the ground supporting them. She allowed herself to relax more, as she listened to the sounds of the forest around her, as she refused to allow her mind to take over.

Tala sprinted along the forest floor, the pads of her paws lightly hitting the ground. She trusted herself forward, darting side to side, just barely skimming the trees. Oh, how she did love a good run. It was better than anything else she could think of doing on such a day. The forest was empty and quiet, the weather just about right, and the sun was giving off perfect lighting in a usually dark forest.
It was nice here, Tala thought to herself. She was usually prancing around in the woods of Olbert Estate, but this was a nice change of things. Sure, a forest was a forest. But she could feel the difference, like the way her paws padded against the ground, how it was like a soft touch on clouds, as though she were floating. The air had a different scent too, more fresh and clear.
Tala slowed down a bit as she saw the clearing in the distance. The light came in more easily through the trees here. She could hear the low sound of water -- it wasn’t the sound of running water like a stream, but it was still, or at least more still. She didn’t really take notice there was someone else there until she finally reached the opening.
That’s when she saw her -- she was pretty, the kind of pretty you could see in some drama sitcom or teen magazine. She was blonde and blue eyed, which right off the bat made the girl stunning. But then she even had a curvy body to top it off. Gorgeous much?
Tala stopped where she was by the trees. She plunked herself down and just sat there for a few moments, catching her breath from the run. Her tongue hung lazily out of her mouth, her chest heaving a little with panting. She stared wide eyed at the girl, curious.
To the girl, Tala would probably just look like some mutt. She was usually mistaken for a husky anyways. She even puts on a collar she bought for herself to wear so that she could walk around in the city streets in her wolfen body without much attention, but she forgot to wear it today.
Tala didn't realize the girl was a lycan like herself, but lately she was slow on catching these types of things. Maybe it was because she spent too much time around humans these days that she couldn't tell the difference anymore.

Her mind had just released the thought of her beloved brother. She sighed and heard something. Her eyes shifted to gold under her eyeslids as she caught scent of another lycan. Oh, Company? Or Should I just fight her was her first thought, she could analysis a being just by their scent. She had trained all her senses to be at their peak. From the look of it, to most she was perfect which was far from the truth. She opened her eyes and her golden eyes shifted towards the female, in wolven form, or is she a dog? Now Alyssa was unsure, she sat up and turned her body towards the canine. She placed her hands on the ground infront of her, as she pulled her legs under her body and transformed into her pure white pelted body. She smirked slightly, and her head titled as she stood and stepped towards the female. "Hello." her voice was calm, as if she had known the lycan for years. Alyssa just being herself was comfortable with any being as long as they didn't try to tell her what to do, or as long as they didn't act superior to her. To her, no one was better than her, than anyone else for that matter. She smiled gently and studied the lycan in front of her, only a few yards away. She glanced away into the trees where a tiny off-white colored rabbit darted into a bush trying to hide from the two canines. "I am Alyssa," she paused and waited for an answer. "Alyssa Rhineheart." she said her voice still calm as she continued to study the femme. Her mind now curious of her human form appearance, as her canine didn't much look wolven...

Tala composed herself as she watched the girl transform into a wolf -- another lycan, like herself. She wagged her tail, her head cocked to her right side with her ears perked up. Oh, she did love company.
Her eyes were gleaming with excitement. The girl greeted her. Alyssa Rhineheart, she called herself. Tala jumped up from her sitting position to standing on all fours, her tail still wagging behind her. “My name’s Tala Stone. Just call me Tala,” she said, her wolf lips pulling back into a sort of smile. “Pleased to meetchya!” She said every word as though this was the happiest moment of her life, but that’s just the way she was. She treated every minute with a joyful anticipation. Besides, life was just too short, so why not just make the best of it?
Tala stood there in the opening and walked over, sniffing the air, too, to get Alyssa’s scent so that she could remember it in the future. She stopped about a foot away and forced herself to sit back down. She looked down at herself for a moment, wanting to change back into her human state to further the conversation since she didn’t always enjoy talking in her wolf shape. But if she were to change back, she would be walking around in the nude, and she didn’t like that choice too much either. “Um, well, I would change into my human self to talk to you, but… I don’t exactly have any clothes to put on. Heh.” She said sheepishly. Damn, I really gotta start bringing some clothes with me when I head out. She thought, shaking her head.

She smiled and nodded in agreement. "As I am pleased to meet you. Tala." She continued to study the female's stature. She smiled and sat back onto her haunches. She glanced backwards, at her dress which was now laying on the ground. She smiled, she loved that dress. She glanced around again and thought for a moment. She always hid clothes, just incase she would need them later. She stood and trotted away from the wolf. pausing beside a bush only feet away. Thinking for a moment, she lowered her head and pulled at another dress, hidden away, just incase. She trotted back, with the dress clutched in between her teeth. She dropped the dress infront of the girl. "If You want you can try that, I am more comfortable talking in my human form anyways." she paused waiting for the girl's reply. She wanted to make sure the two would both be in human form, before she would go back to her own white dress. She looked at the girl and smiled gently. "I always have extras." she laughed, and glanced back at the first bush with the hiding rabbit. She thought for a moment then stepped sideways towards it. She nearly pounced into the bush and returned with the rabbit in her teeth, the rabbit quite alive. Alyssa had issues killing any animal, so for now she just wanted to play with the bunny. She smiled and laid down, her paws positioning themselves ontop of the rabbit as she released it with her teeth. She licked it and smiled, trying to allow it to calm down. She laid her head ontop of it, letting it breathe and have room to move, but not escape. She looked up at the girl and smiled. "It was cute." she tried to explain.

Tala said a thanks and poked the dress with her paw. After a little of inspection of poking it around, she picked it up gently with her teeth, making sure she didn’t rip it at all. Looking back at Alyssa, it seemed she had found a little rabbit to play with. It looked scared as hell, about to hop away as quickly as it’s little rabbit feet could carry it, but Alyssa had trapped it.
Tala frowned at her. Sure, she had her fair share of killings or harassment on animals, but she couldn’t pull herself to any such thing anymore. It seemed so wrong to torture something so beautiful. Besides, it must have feelings and a family waiting for it, right? What gives someone the right to destroy it? “You should let the poor thing go,” she said in a sad voice, the dress between her teeth muffling her voice a little.
Instead of waiting for Alyssa to let it go, she trotted behind nearby bush and dropped the dress on the ground beside her paws. She lifted herself on her hind legs and could feel herself transform -- the bones reforming themselves into their former shape. Her spine bent into a straight vertical, the joints in her body changing and violently cracking. Her body lost all its recent fur, revealing the woman’s body underneath. Lastly, her face contorted from its original wolf skull to a human one. It used to be a painful procedure to change back and forth, but pain didn’t mean much to her anymore.
She shook her head around, fluffing up her tangled brown hair. She flattened the top with her hands, not bothering to attempt trying to detangle such a mess. She bent over and picked up the dress in her hand and slipped herself into it. It wasn’t exactly her size, and it felt a little airy without any undergarments, but she wasn’t going to complain. She wasn’t that picky anyways.
She looked down at herself for a split second and walked out of the bush’s cover and back into the opening.

She smiled and watched as the female poked at the dress. She wondered for a second if she just didn't like the color, or was it the fact it was a dress? This she was unsure. She shurgged it off and licked the rabbit's head again. She looked up shaking her head at the girl. "I am not planning on killing it. I just want to touch it, in my human form." she explained innocently. It was a challange, but something she loved doing. She waited for the bunny to calm down before she shifted, her body transforming, and contorting into the lovely Human Frame. She sat there naked still holding the rabbit. She stood holding the rabbit gently with her hands, as she stepped backwards towards the dress, slipping it over her head, she smiled petting the rabbit gently as she pulled the dress down over her body, all before Tala returned. She smiled up at the girl and tilted her head. "Something wrong with the dress?" she asked as she noticed the slightly size difference. She smiled. "It looks cute on you." she said grinning, her voice friendly as she played with the rabbit in her arms. She blew air from her mouth, up to a strand of hair which had fallen into her face. She smiled again and kissed the rabbit's head, and knelt down releasing the bunny back into the wild. She watched as it sat there for a moment, before realizing it was free, and darting off back into the bush.
Sorry it is a bit short! [/right][/blockquote]

Tala smiled at the compliment. Sure, she wasn’t too fond of wearing dresses, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable, but it was nice to know she actually looked good in it. She did a little curtsey with a grin plastered on her face and a small giggle like a little school girl’s escaping her lips. “Thank ya, ma’am.”
She watched for a moment as the rabbit started off into the forest, scurrying about the ground into the safety the trees and plants would bring. Her eyes followed it until it finally disappearing in the distance. Run along little rabbit, run back to your little rabbit family.
Her gaze followed back to her companion, Alyssa. She was still struck by how gorgeous she was, how sort of perfect. It was sort of odd, since Alyssa intimidated her a bit, but she tried not to show it much.
“So, what are you doing out here? I haven’t really seen any other lycans around, except any wandering across the Olbert Estate.” She stopped for a moment, then added in a curious voice, “Could you by any chance know other lycans around here?”

She smiled and nodded "You are welcome." she said in reply. She giggled lightly along with the girl. She smiled as it had been a while since she had talked to someone. She had actually luaghed for the first time in weeks. She smiled and sighed as she watched the rabbit run, she tilted her head towards the girl again, guess she didn't hear it. she shrugged off her question about the dress but smiled anyway. She studied the female's human form and smiled. She was pretty. With darker features, but still considered beautiful. She smiled sweetly, as she wasn't used to being able to actually think another female was pretty, to her there wasn't many. She smiled and looked at her, something was up, but she was sure what? Could it be her own looks? She could never tell when it came to this subject. She sighed and released the thought. "I was just relaxing, haven't been able to listen to nature in a while, and I just wanted to get away." she was bombarted with questions from the girl. She smiled and tried to keep up."Lycans are everywhere you just have to use your senses." she smiled in reply to the girl not knowing of many. "Honestly, I just arrived a few days ago I know no one, really..." she said looking at Tala. She smiled "plus looking like a dog, the wolves may be staying away from you. Dogs tend to have owners, who usually hunt around here." she added looking at her, her voice showing all truth.

Tala nodded to all of Alyssa’s answers, not really paying attention until the last one. She gave out a little sigh, but tried not to make it so noticeable. It was hard to find other lycans around here besides the pack, that was for sure, and it was making sense that they would stay clear of some dog like she looked. So, trying finding her brother only made things that much harder for her. She wasn’t much of a tracker, either, so the way things were, the whole thing was pointless. But she still had that little bit of hope and that’s what kept her going.
“I guess I do sorta look like a dog, huh?” She said, trying to go for a humorous tone, but it fell flat. “I sorta fall short when it comes to the gene pool. Mama was a human and dad wasn’t a pure blood lycan, bitten I think. He always said that’s what makes me such a sad excuse for a lycan.” Tala said, scrunching up her features like a disgusted look. Her father used to sometimes call her the runt of the litter, the mutt. Of course, it hadn’t been an accusation or a rude remark then, it had simply been a little joke. Tala never took it seriously, but she still didn’t like it when people called her out on it. Sure, looking like a dog had its perks. Like how she could walk around in the busy city streets without much attention drawn to her, or how other dogs would feel comfortable in her presence. The other lycans couldn’t really do the same thing.
“It really sucks you don’t know anyone else really around here,” Tala said, perking herself up to how she was moments before. She smiled sweetly and gave a small shrug of her shoulders as if to say “oh well”, like finding her brother wasn’t too much of a big thing (even though it was). She dropped down onto the grass and sat with her legs bent behind her, tucking the dress in so that she wouldn’t be flashing anything. She gave a small gesture with her hand for Alyssa to come join her on the grass. It was much more comfortable than standing and talking.

She smiled and nodded, "Yes, I didn't mean anything by it.." she explained. She had sensed the change of composure in the female infront of her. She sighed and sat down. "Well, I guess, that could be the reasoning for you.. but I have never heard of that before...I have met other lycans, who have been in the same kind of gene pool as you, none have looked so interesting." she smiled as she was intrigued by the girl. She glanced around, thinking she had heard something,. Her eyes caught the cute bunny she had held just minutes before. She smiled, and pointed to it. "See, they get comfortable with you if you just take the chance of scaring them alittle... It's like reverse Pyscology" she explained as the rabbit took another hop towards them. She nodded. "I know, I need to go into town more, and find some, huh?" she said in a joking manner though she was completely serious. She smiled, she was comfortable with the girl beside her. Which was hard for Alyssa to feel around any female... For Alyssa, it was hard to make any kind of friends with a femme, just because her looks, made most of the jealous.. She knew this and had become fine with the results of any meeting with a girl. But Tala seemed different, why? she didn't know just yet.
Sorry, a bit distracted at the moment.. phone won't shut up and I am leaving...

OOC: Don’t worry about it. =)
IC: Tala had glanced over the same time Alyssa had at the little rabbit -- the same one as before, she quickly realized. Why would the rabbit come back? She didn’t think a rabbit would actually feel comfortable coming back to someone who had just frightened it. She knew she surely wouldn’t if she were put in the rabbit’s position. She was in utter confusion for a moment, until Alyssa spoke. “Reverse psychology, huh? Never heard of it.” Tala commented with a laugh.
Tala laughed again a Alyssa’s comment. It really wouldn’t be much use looking for lycans in the city. Not a lot of them hung out there, she thought. She was told the majority of them would be out in the woods or on their own private property, like how she used to live out on the farm as a kid. Not many actually enjoyed mingling with the humans. Tala was just one of the rare ones who held friendships with humans and treated them as equals. In her mind, she didn’t see them much different, or lower than herself in any way. But she treated everyone and anyone as an equal -- animals included. Species didn’t matter in her head.
“If I come across any city lycans, I’ll tell ya. Not many like the towns too much. Though, I see why,” Tala said. Yeah, she understood one point of why lycans rarely hung around the cities -- the humans. But there was also no wilderness or nature out there, it was just all buildings and cement roads and pollution. Who in there right mind would want to live in a place like that? She knew she much preferred the greens of the forests, and the beauty it offered.
